Simply the best!
Sweetwater's Cleaners ruined my expensive tie and refused to take responsibility. WORST customer service if there is the slightest problem. I brought in a tie for cleaning, and when I picked it up the tie had become unstitched in the back and was ironed so that the tie keeper was all boogered up. For $8.50 I expect they would inspect the garment and ensure it looks perfect. I asked the man at the counter if they could please straighten out the tie keeper...He told me they didn't do it and they never make a mistake. Accused me of trying to steal from them. Generally took zero responsibility for returning my tie in worse condition than when I brought it in, with accusations of theft to boot. Unbelievably awful experience.
